Zoom Comedy with Usama Siddiqee, Giulia Rozzi & Caitlin Reese: asembl (not so) live #36

Share on social:

Comedy clubs are closed. So we're bringing you live zoom comedy. Not as good. But close.

Join us on Friday, July 10 at at 9 o'clock  (Eastern). We're pumped to have comedians Usama Siddiquee, Giulia Rozzi & Caitlin Reese performing for us. They're all hilarious.

Here's the main page for the series where you can check out upcoming and past shows.

Or follow us on social media for the same:

Here's how it works:

  • Hit the "Join the interactive show" button or the "Join the livestream on YouTube" button (though that's much less fun) below at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10 to join.
  • Turn on your microphone and/or camera so we can hear everybody laugh and feel together (also: behave).
  • Our amazing comedians do 15 minute sets each.
  • You laugh a great deal.
  • Donate. We're not putting up a paywall since we want everyone to easily join but we'd appreciate your donating $5 (or more!). Everybody's gigs went poof so a bit of cash would be highly appreciated.

First, Caitlin Reese.

Caitlin is a Brooklyn based comedian and writer not pulling any punches about her mental health, disabilities or chronic gay condition. She once published and sold out a comedy zine through Tower Records by accident. Notably, Caitlin was a Finalist on Amazon Prime’s Comics Watching Comics where a couch of judgy judges laughed really hard at her jokes and couldn’t come up with anything but nice things to say.  She also was a Finalist at Gotham Comedy Club’s Ladies of Laughter Competition as the WILD CARD selection. She regularly performs at New York Comedy Club and has been in a million festivals including the HBO Women in Comedy Fest.  She once opened for Kevin McDonald from Kids in the Hall, and he followed her back stage to compliment her performance while he was supposed to be on stage.

Then, Giulia Rozzi.

Giulia Rozzi is a comedian, writer and actress that was raised in Boston by two adorable Italian immigrants that let her watch Benny Hill when she was three.  She's been seen on Conan, Chelsea Lately,Comedy Central's Lights Out With David Spade and This Is Not appening, TBS, IFC, TruTV, TV Land, Lifetime and Vh1. A relatable storyteller, her very personal and honest humor has earned her the honor of being a TEDx speaker, a Moth GrandSLAM champion and her album True Love was named one of SiriusXM Comedy's top albums of 2016.
